The Wright Three

A couple weeks ago we listened to a CD called The Wright Three by Blue Balliet. It is about three kids who are trying to save the Robie house which was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. One of them finds a fish carving that Frank Lloyd Wright had. One of the tools that they use are pentaminoes. They are little pieces that you can arrange in patterns. Here are some pictures of pentaminos.

This is my brother Adam playing with pentaminos.
These are pentaminos.

  1. Caleb,
I am glad that you liked The Wright Three. Ms. Balliett has also written a few other books about Calder and Petra and guess what? We own one- it's called Chasing Vermeer. Check it out!
